PetDocks Veterinary Hospital

I had a fantastic experience. I had brought in my dog a few months ago. And everyone there was super helpful and nice. I felt very welcomed there. I had the same experience just last week taking in my kitten to get checked since it was only a few weeks old. Just an all around great experience. Will recommend them to others.

My husband and I were traveling in our motor home when our 14 year old dog became ill. We called another vet but he could not see us. When we called Pet Docks they told us to bring him in right now. One of the ladies was waiting outside for us and took Doc Holliday right in but unfortunately he had died of a heart attack. I had raised this dog since he was a puppy and I was heartbroken. The kindness these people showed me was awesome. They allowed me to say good-bye to him and gave me a caster plaque of his front paw before we left. I will never forget their kindness for a stranger in need!

Petdocks is a wonderful place to take your animals to keep them healthy. As long as we live here, our animals will go to Petdocks. No matter who the vet is, they and their staff do their very best to make sure you and your animals are taken care of in a loving, caring and considerate manner.

We are staying in Atlantic beach for a week vacation and shortly after getting here our 3 lb. 12 year old teacup yorkie took a fall down the stairs and was having labored breathing. We called a few different local vets that said they weren’t able to get her in and suggested the ER vet in Swansboro (45 minutes away). As soon as we called PetDocks they said to bring her in now. They took her back as soon as we got there and she had bruising on her lungs. They kept her for the day and gave her fluids and were able to get the swelling and bruising down by 5:00 when we picked her up. She was back to her normal self bossing us around again 😂. I am forever grateful for Dr. Parsons and the whole team at PetDocks! They even said anytime we are back on vacation we can bring any of our pets there! I seriously can’t thank them enough for their prompt care and compassion for our sweet baby!! The price was super reasonable too and I didn’t feel at all like they were trying to take advantage of the situation! I would give them 10 stars if I could! THANK YOU PetDocks!! 🩷

I really love this place, It's like walking into a home, The girls up front are fabulous, friendly and work very hard, My Dog goes to day board every day, She loves these people, Her Angie especially ! My dog is a special needs dog ( in my book) and Angie takes great care of her. She used to be in daycare but hated it, She really enjoys going to PetDocks. I just can't say enough good things about this place.
