We can perform many diagnostic procedures in-house; we can often give you immediate answers and start treating your pet faster. Laboratory Services

We are equipped with a full on-site reference laboratory and full in-house laboratory for performing such tests as cytologies (microscopic examinations of bodily fluids), Vetlab station, Coag analyzer, UA analyzer, snapshot analyzer (for HWT, T4, bile acid, CPL), Catalyst, and Idexx Sedivue.

Wellness Care (preventative care) and Vaccinations

We strive to prevent illness whenever possible. The time and effort invested in wellness programs have rewards for both pets and owners. Our Wellness programs are designed specifically for your pet and include comprehensive physical exams; internal parasite testing; neuter procedures, nutritional recommendations, specialized blood tests for all life stages, and many others.

Senior Pet Wellness

We offer a Senior Wellness Plan for pets 7 years and older. This plan implements proactive blood and urine testing for the purpose of detecting for disease in your dog or cat.

Senior Wellness Guidelines from the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) – The AAHA Senior Care Guidelines were developed by a task force composed of seven expert veterinarians, representing a broad range of specialty fields. AAHA released the AAHA Senior Care Guidelines for Dogs and Cats in March 2005, to provide a framework for practitioners dedicated to enhancing the well-being of senior pets.

Euthanasia/Hospice
Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We work with clients to ensure their pet’s comfort and dignity. Services include taking care of the remains as directed by the client.
